Wine consultant to Southern California's Joe's Restaurant, Bar Pintxo & Tar and Roses, Emanuel Tres Wine-maker Chris Keller will start the evening by pouring his yet to be publicly released Rosé during the Reception.  Chef Oakley's following "farm to table" four courses will be paired with Emanuel Tres' naturally produced, Spanish influenced "vine to table" Grenache Blanc, Tempranillo, Sant Jordi (red blend) & Tinto Roberto (syrah).
